Can I remove my catalytic converter?
Federal law requires that catalytic converters must be on all vehicles that are equipped from the factory. Even though our local emissions regulations are no longer in effect, there is a Federal fine for removal of $2500.00 per converter.
What is the warranty on my factory converter?
All factory converters, from 1996 to current, are covered by an 8 year, 80,000 mile warranty from the manufacture. If you are still within this time frame, then no shop should replace your converter, especially with a aftermarket part. Talk to your car dealer for more details.
My car has a P0420 code, does this mean I definitely need a catalytic converter?
Not necessarily, because the rear monitor may have read inefficiently, which means that something upstream has happened. Proper diagnostic testing is required to determine the actual problem. If the problem is caught early enough, the converter may be saved. Click here to contact us for more information or call (719) 442-6740.

Do I need a appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but wait times vary daily. Appointments are best for the fastest service. In most cases we can do a same day free inspection with walk-ins and schedule an appointment if need be afterwards.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
For the most accurate quote, it is best to bring your car to us for a free on-site exhaust visual inspection. It's hard for us to see what may be wrong over the phone.
Do you guarantee your work and products?
Many of our products carry individual warranties. We guarantee against squeaks, rattles and with premium systems you get a lifetime warranty for hangers.
